Underdog Productions has well sized and fully air-conditioned offices in the heart of historic old Melville, Johannesburg as well as active representation in Cape Town and Los Angeles, California. Complete with an advanced IT infrastructure of more than 22 computers (PC & Mac) on a high speed network.

The kennel is fitted with a 12KVA diesel generator and UPS automatic failover for uninterrupted power to all systems. The kennel houses dedicated multi award-winning production, design and support staff of the highest calibre.

Underdog boasts TWO full broadcast ENG kits with DVCAM and HDV capability. There are THREE Final Cut Studio 2 suites networked to a large RAID-5 storage server for off-line and on-line editing as well as graphics, grading and audio mix work.

Our kennel even has its own dedicated postproduction building on-site with its own broadcast Betacam SP, HDV, DVCAM and DV compatible recorder decks in-house. Our new Multibridge allows export and ingestion from all known formats up to 2K film Resolution.
