The 2003/2004 Annual Report for this central government department proved to be a taxing job. Originally expected to be around 40 pages, the report turned into a full colour, glossy 100 page report.

After only 18 months of existence of the GSSC, the report was briefed to reflect the bright and exciting potential for the GSSC, despite including a qualified report by the Auditor-General.
